  • 50gbreadcrumbs (fine)
  • 50mlketchup (classic)

Instructions

    Coarsely grate the zucchini and carrots, then squeeze out the excess moisture thoroughly.

    In a bowl, mix the rice, grated vegetables, flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
