Instructions

    Cook the millet and let it cool down.

    Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess water using a cloth.

    Mix the millet, zucchini, eggs, and flour to form a batter that can be shaped.

    Heat oil in a frying pan.

    Place 2 tablespoons of batter per fritter into the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
