  • 100mlheavy cream

  • 300grice (basmati)

Extras

  • 500gcrushed tomatoes (canned)
  • 10ggaram masala
  • 15gginger paste

Instructions

    Cook basmati rice according to package instructions.

    Heat a pan and fry paneer cubes until lightly golden.

    In a deep pot, combine canned crushed tomatoes, ginger paste, and garam masala.

    Simmer the tomato mixture for 15 minutes.

    Stir in heavy cream and add the fried paneer cubes.

    Simmer for another 5 minutes and serve over rice.
