Crispy pan-fried dumplings filled with a savory mixture of tofu and finely chopped vegetables.

  • 200gcabbage (napa)
  • 2garlic

  • 400gtofu (firm)

Pasta, Rice & Co

  • 30dumpling wrappers

Extras

  • 30mlsoy sauce
  • 15mlsesame oil

Instructions

    Press tofu to remove excess water, then crumble finely.

    Finely chop cabbage and garlic.

    Mix tofu, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.

    Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper, wet edges, and fold shut.

    Heat a pan with oil and fry the mandu at 180°C for 5-8min per side until crispy.

    Serve hot with a mild dipping sauce.
