  • 150gflour (all-purpose)

Extras

  • 5gpowder (dashi)
  • 30mlsauce (okonomiyaki)

Instructions

    Cut the cabbage into fine strips.

    Mix the flour with dashi powder and 150ml of water.

    Fold the eggs and cabbage into the batter.

    Heat a pan and fry small portions over medium heat for 5 minutes per side.
