  • 400gpotatoes
  • 1onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic

  • 400gtomatoes (canned, crushed)
  • 5gturmeric
  • 5gcumin

Instructions

    Cut the cauliflower into small florets and the potatoes into cubes.

    Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan.

    Add the turmeric and cumin and toast briefly.

    Add the potatoes and a cup of water, and cook for 10 minutes.

    Add the cauliflower and crushed tomatoes, and simmer for another 15 minutes.
